Tandem is fitted with twin head blocks, working together and offering, therefore, an important advantage, since at the same rpm as a one-head-block compressor, they produce a higher air quantity, because working pressure remains low (95 °C, instead of 200 °C) and the condensed air formation is cut to the minimum. This is very important for the operators who want to use more tools simultaneously. This compressor can, in fact, operate up to 7 or 8 Olistar or Diablo olive harvesters, or 3 Laser or M/3 chain pruners at the same time. For this reason it is fitted with a double filter regulator and lubricator and with twin 20-litres air tanks. A 6 mm thick sheet iron frame makes it very robust. Tandem has a side floor space of 85 cm which allows it to be carried by the tractor. The back floor space is smaller than in any common compressor, so it does not bump against the trailer in case of a sharp bend, i.e. when getting out of a row and then in again.
