STAR 30 V can carry out 30 mm cuts and is characterized by the considerable power generated by 2 pistons, which provides 185 kg of pushing power to the blade, while carrying out 2 cutting strokes per second. The double piston system grants great power and reduced hand grip diameter and eliminates the kickback effect against the operator’s arm. The remarkably comfortable hand grip is due to the reduced outer diameter (42 mm only). The blades are fixed to the shear body by means of a  new fixing system. They are strong and flexible and withstand rough handling. The sharpening operation is still carried out manually
